Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. The ordering of goods from Mana Minds indicates that you are in agreement with them.
1. CONTENT
We reserve the right to vary our prices, product descriptions and website content whenever necessary. A detailed VAT invoice will be issued by email once your order has been placed. Please note prices may vary in store.
2. ORDERING, AVAILABILITY and RESELLING
We aim to ensure we have good products availability. Should you require a large volume of a particular product then please email info@manaminds.com in order to discuss your requirements.
Order can take up to 72 hours or one week max after payment received. If all the ordered products are in stock and ready, you should receive the merchandise within a minute.
Some orders can take up to 7 Business days or more depending on the stock levels. Upon receiving payment, our team will dispatch the order to your designated E-mail.
3. CONTRACT AND PAYMENT
Orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. We accept only bank transfers Any fees associated with the money transfer are not covered the price amount.
We will send you an order acknowledgement and pro forma invoice via email. Please contact us for bank details.
We do not currently offer Credit facilities and therefore orders will not be confirmed and processed until payment has been made in full.
4. SHIPPING
The codes are packed in a password protected *rar* or *zip* format sent to your company email provided; the password will be forwarded towards according the means of communication.
We will process your order as quickly as possible, usually within two working days. Our working days are Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays from 12.30 pm. – 21.00 pm (GMT+7). We will send you an email on the day that we dispatch your order.
5. RETURNS – USED CODES OR INCORRECT CODES
We do not accept returns of unwanted or non-faulty items.
In the case of the files are already used, redeemed, damaged or not being the correct codes upon arrival. Make sure to report to our customer service team within 3 working days via email at info@manaminds.com. All claims shall be waived if they fall outside this timescale.
Faulty goods may need to be proven by sending us a picture of the damaged product, along with a returns form for inspection. If liability is accepted, we will refund you for the cost of the goods or resend new products. Liability will never exceed the value of the goods.
6. CANCELLING AN ORDER
Orders received by us are processed immediately and go straight to our system to be sent. We regret that, once you have placed your order and payment has been received, we cannot cancel or amend it unless under extreme circumstances. Any changes or cancellations will incur an administration charge.
